Ashfield agrees partnership with Future Climate Info

We are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with Future Climate Info to deliver environmental risk solutions for residential and commercial land and property. This offering complements our existing due diligence products, helping us to further define what level of risk is acceptable for our clients and delivering solutions to manage the long term risks affecting property and land value.

Future Climate Info are the go-to experts when it comes to accessing property transactional risk data, covering risks from environmental, flood, infrastructure, subsidence and more. We are delighted to have been chosen as Future Climate Info’s consultancy partner, entrusted to further investigate risk which may otherwise jeopardise a property transaction.

Aaron Jones, Flood Services Director at Ashfield added:

“ In a client orientated industry, we understand the value that a collaboration like this has in providing a market leading proposition. This offers a cost effective solution and we believe there is nothing currently on the market that delivers the same results that utilizes market leading expertise and value for money. The appraisal is desktop based but where required, a more intrusive site investigation can be called upon. We are looking forward to introducing our clients to the benefits of this new product.”

Tim Champney Managing Director at Future Climate Info said:

“This is a very exciting development, and we are looking forward to working closely with the Ashfield team. FCI is a market-leader in the innovative and agile use of environmental data, and by combining our expertise with Ashfield’s experience in complex environmental consulting we have created a powerful partnership. We will be able to add further value and provide even greater levels of analysis and guidance to our customers, whether they be home buyers and sellers, professional advisors, corporate investors, developers, or businesses managing their own assets.”
